institution, starting functioning from 01st April, 2006.
Director General of BIPARD has wide vision in this
regard to develop Social Entrepreneurship system for
welfare of the state/country.

conducting specialised training, research and
consultancy programmes.
- Preparation of authentic database and
provide policy interventions.
- Networking of like minded Institutions,
Social Work College, NGOs and People.
- Knowledge Management and Dissemination.

| BIPARD can seek funding from the Govt.
of India/State Govt./any Governmental or Non
Governmental organisations/institutions, Local bodies,
Municipal/any Corporation and any International forum. |

BIPARD may provide major initiatives
like:
- Consultancy programme of Government
Officers/CBOs/NGOs etc.
- Start creating a data bank with compilation
of available data.
- Bringing out thematic occasional papers on
relevant issues.
- Creating a think tank for consultation.
- To prepare a project for action research in
certain identified blocks get financial support
and identify and train facilitators.
- To bring out thematic papers on relevant
issues.
