Centre for Consultancy Development

Vision
BIPARD has large perspective in this regard to develop CONSULTANCY FIRM in all kind of Government or Non Governmental sector. Even NGOs firm may also consult BIPARD or their evaluation monitoring/supervise/ insect/ control etc process.
 
Mission
To promote new initiatives to develop as center of excellence to provide the necessary support to the National/State Government and other agencies concerned in the field on the areas of policy formation, programme initiatives, implementation strategies, training research evaluation.
 
Principle
BIPARD is envisaged to promote Active Participation in all kind of Health & sanitation programme, Human resource development, Welfare and other kind of Development activities in the state. Skill oriented job/promotional activities creation.
 
Objective
Hence BIPARD, newly registered institution, starting functioning from 01st April, 2006. Director General of BIPARD has wide vision in this regard to develop Social Entrepreneurship system for welfare of the state/country.
  • Identification of Training Needs and conducting specialised training, research and consultancy programmes.
  • Preparation of authentic database and provide policy interventions.
  • Networking of like minded Institutions, Social Work College, NGOs and People.
  • Knowledge Management and Dissemination.
 
Funding Model
BIPARD can seek funding from the Govt. of India/State Govt./any Governmental or Non Governmental organisations/institutions, Local bodies, Municipal/any Corporation and any International forum.
 
Activities
BIPARD may provide major initiatives like:
  • Consultancy programme of Government Officers/CBOs/NGOs etc.
  • Start creating a data bank with compilation of available data.
  • Bringing out thematic occasional papers on relevant issues.
  • Creating a think tank for consultation.
  • To prepare a project for action research in certain identified blocks get financial support and identify and train facilitators.
  • To bring out thematic papers on relevant issues.
