| Bihar has seen Panchayati Raj elections
very recently and now elected representatives are
saddled with responsibilities. They have to be trained
on a massive scale and the task is even more stupendous
in view of more than 50 elected representatives, being
women. A majority of the elected representatives may be
even illiterates. Hence, such an institution is a crying
necessity. |
