E-District Portal Delhi | Login and Registration Process | Track Application Status


The Government of Delhi has launched a unique and single platfom where one can avail all the government services and schemes and named it as "E-District Portal Delhi". One can verify their Certificate from their home through this Portal. To avail all these facilities, one have to register on E-District Portal. People belongs to all categories can avail the benefits under this scheme or portal. There is no need for physical visit to government offices.


E-District Delhi Portal Objective:-

The main motive behind the execution of this portal is to provide all the government services and schemes to the citizens on a single platform. There is no need to visit different websites for different services.Also one had to waste their lots of time for various government works by visiting the government offices, now they can do these works online from their home through this Portal.

Documents Required to Apply under E-District Portal:-
  • Applicant must be a citizen of India.
  • Aadhaar Card.
  • Identity Proof.
  • Passport Size Photo

How to Register on Delhi E-District Portal:-

If you want to register on Delhi E-District Portal, follow the below steps:-
  • Click on "New User" option.

  • You will be redirected to below page.

  • Enter the details asked.
  • Select Document type from the drop down menu.
  • Enter Document Number.
  • Enter the Security Code.
  • As soon as you enter the Security Code, a new page will open in front of you.
  • You will be asked to fill your Personal details.
  • Enter all the details asked carefully.
  • Enter the Valid Email Id and Mobile Number as the Login Credentials will be sent on Email Id and Mobile Number.
  • Enter the Captcha Code.
  • Click on "Continue Registration" button.
  • You will be directed to below page.
  • Enter the access Code and Password sent to your Email and Mobile Number.
  • Enter the Security Code.
  • Click on "Complete Registration" button.

You will get your User name and Password on the receipt. Note it down.



How to apply for Certificates on E-District Delhi Portal:-

If you want to apply for any certificate like Income, Domicile etc on E-District Portal, follow the below steps.

  • You will be redirected to Login Page.

  • Enter the User Id and Password.
  • On the homepage, choose the option "Apply for Services" under the "Apply Online" Section.

  • All the services offered under this Portal will be open in new page.
  • Choose the service for which you want to apply.
  • Click on Apply button.
  • You will see an application form on your screen.
  • Enter all the details asked and once done click on Submit button.
  • Once the verification process complete, you will get your Certificate.

How to Track the Application Status:-

  • Visit the official website.
  • Click on "Track Your Application" option.

  • You will be redirected to below page.

  • Select the Department Name.
  • Select the Service you have applied for. 
  • Enter the Application number.
  • Enter Applicant name.
  • Enter the Security Code.
  • Click on Search button.
  • You will have your application status on your screen.
