IIPGCMS i.e Integrated & Inclusive Public Grievance CM Helpline Management System is a unique platform where the Citizens can address their Grievances related to the State Government Services. IIPGCMS is a single window where one can submit their complaints as well as track the status of their grievances.

  • Submit their Grievances related to Government Services.
  • Track their Grievances Status.
  • Online Registration to address the Grievance.
  • One can Submit their Grievances via different channels like Helpline Number, Online Portal, Mobile Application, Via Email or via visiting the nearby Call Center.
  • One can get the latest update related to State via this Portal.

IIPGCMS Portal - Online Registration :-

In order to submit the grievances, one must have to register on this portal. Follow the below simple process to register on IIPGCMSS Portal:-
  • Visit the Official website of CM Helpline i.e cmhelpline.tnega.org.
  • Sign Up option is available on the homepage of the website.
  • As soon as you click on Sign Up option,a new user registration page will open.
  • Enter Your First and Last Name.
  • You will now be asked to enter your valid mobile number.
  • Click on Submit button.
  • A new page will open asked you to verify the OTP sent on your registered mobile number.
  • Authenticate the OTP.
  • Click on Submit button.
  • You are successfully registered  on IIPGCMS Portal.

IIPGCMS Portal - Login Procedure:-
  • Visit the Official website.
  • Click on Login option available on the main page of the website.
  • Enter your registered mobile number.
  • Click on Next button.
  • Authenticate the OTP.
  • Click on Submit button.
  • You are now logged in to the portal.

IIPGCMS Portal - Online File Grievance :-
  • Visit the Official website of CM Helpline.
  • You will see the option of "File a Grievance".
  • Click on that link.
  • Login to the portal using your register mobile number.
  • A grievance form will open on your screen now.
  • Fill all the details carefully.
  • Enter Your/Petitioner Name.
  • Select the Grievance Type whether Public or Individual
  • Enter the details related to Grievance in a space provided.
  • Once done with all the steps, click on Submit button.

IIPGCMS Portal - Track Grievance Status Online :-
  • Visit the official website of CM Helpline.
  • Click on Track Your Grievance option.
  • Login to the Portal using your register mobile number.
  • You will have your Grievance Status on your screen now.

TN CM Helpline Citizen Mobile App;-
  • Visit the Google Play Store (Android Users) or Apple Store (iOS Users).
  • Search for TN CM Helpline Citizen.
  • Tap on the top most search result.
  • Click on the Install button to download the app.
  • Once downloaded, open the app and avail the benefits.
